The staff here were really friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed.

i was given double room with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. a bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Everything met the needs, I would not hesitate to return here. I appreciated the hotel. The staff were helpful lot of time. The room was clean and what's more - included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

The food was local and the staff were very nice, plus it's conveniently located near the Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station.

Had a blast playing billiards and darts at the hotel's bar while sipping on my drink. Explored the stunning Douro National Park nearby. Loved the free breakfast, swim-up bar, and poolside bar. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic. Enjoyed cycling and fishing in the area. Convenient free parking.

The beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of them.

The breakfast offered was really good and the price for it was fair. I also appreciated the fact that the reception staff were helpful and even stored my yogurt in their fridge overnight. the location was ideal, as it was close to many amenities and attractions.

The beds were not comfortable at all, with worn out springs that made sleeping impossible. The noise level was very high, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the room next to mine.

I had a lovely weekend at this hotel! the price was very reasonable, especially since breakfast was included. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. It made exploring the area very convenient. Lastly, the staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, making check, in and check, out a breeze.

The staff at this hotel was mind-blowing! They went above and beyond to help us, despite our limited Portuguese. The dinner service was super, with an English speaking staff member recommending delicious meals and local wine. The man at check-in even gave us jaw-dropping hiking recommendations. The price was fair, considering the included breakfast. The hotel had plenty of parking and a great heating system for those winter months.
